handicap - recalc help needed

I have accidently added a round twice, having removed I want to recalculate my handicap but I have never done this before.. I am not sure what date I should put in the re-calc tool. |

Matt replied to your PM earlier. Anyone else interested it's a case of recalculating your handicap from the tools options and via handicap tools. Just remove the tick for a start date unless you have added an manual adjustments. Regards, Darren.
