not really i'm sure someone will quite happily pay that.

be better to obviously target competition sponsors / players families and so on.

This bloke is for real I know my ladies cousin lives in Penarth just outside Cardiff and they are renting houses on there estate for between 10 and 20k a week to american tourists. Admitidley the houses are bigger than this one and in a nicer area but they are double the price of this house.

Its an damn good offer.....

4 Bedrooms, Sky TV, fully equipped kitchen and washing facilities,Garden with BBQ, Off street parking for 2 cars...Its amazing . I would like to refer this offer to my friends as well..
