I try to imagine that my body rotates around a central axis which is my spine. Imagine a globe and they way that turns freely around the two points holding it on its stand. I use this thought when I feel myself swaying during my swing and it seems to cure most of my faults. I'm no teacher and it could be the wrong thing to do but it works for me. Anyone got any views on my 'Cure'?

Adrian trying to keep your head that still is not conducive to a balanced swing.

Chris your body should swing around the spine, just as your target shoulder comes under the chin on the takeaway so should your non target shoulder follow the same route on the downswing and follow through.

We'll meet up shortly for an overview if you wish!!!

Alex there are many exercises that can be done to train your body for golf, if you have a local gym with an instructor you can talk to him to structure some workouts specifically for Golf, and if he doesn't know any find a instructor/gym that will.

Lots of the monthly golf magazines now incorporate some exercises that are useful.
