I use thermal base layers, means I don't have to wear lots of clothing on a cold day and the less clothes you wear the better you can turn and swing, I'd recommend them. |

used them for about 4 years, i wear them all summer when i play cricket the hotter the day the better and for squash - compression shorts and tops
as they say your deffo less stiff using them and cold gear is brill for the winter the old polo kneck jobs were inchy
ive got long johns as well, the canterbury stuff isnt bad either ION range |

Been using Under Armour Coldgear tops and leggings for the last two years. They definitely are the best in the market. I'm currently trying to find somewhere that stocks the new Water Repellent Coldgear Golf Trousers. They look like a must have in the winter/spring time. I also want to get one of their Torrential Rain Suits but they look like they'll cost me nearly £300. as the Jackets and Trousers are over £150 each. |

I use canterybury cold top and leggings, superb but a bit pricey. |
