Oh, I get it, the abusive content wasn't from Andy it was reported by Andy. 

There was a similar thing with Kirsty Allsopp last week (let's just say my partner follows her...yes, that'll do...always blame the partner).  However the Honourable Miss A didn't retaliate in kind, she just seemed to get quietly upset.

I suppose my response would be somewhere between the two.
