Well another week has gone by with no contact, what a surprise NOT. I have completed all the small claims forms on line and they will bne sent on 19th July if I have not received my refund by then. When settled one way or the other I will write to Golf World and Today's Golfer hoping that they will publish the letters which will act as a warning to others and hpolefully stop them taking out a fraudulent subscription. Update will follow when and as.

Well I have carried out my promise and served them with a Court Order. Very easy to do all online, it costs £25.00 which is added to your claim so if they pay up you get your money back, if the don't pay they might find things get difficult because they have a CCJ against them. If others are still having problems this might be the way to go, stir up up some trouble make life difficult, all I wanted was what I paid for, not too much to ask is it.
