You're not alone, this has been rumbling along for quite a while.  Depends whether or not you take it seriously or not - personally I don't anymore.  I've had 7 tracked rounds this year and averaged 32 points and I'm still 10 points adrift of 50th for my handicap group, and only 25 points off the leader!  My FIR stats are OK, 10th, but I'm not even in the top 50 for GIR or putts.

It's just the way it is.  If someone gets a buzz from scoring 40+ points and it makes them feel better who am I to complain, but interestingly not one person on the leaderboard that I can see seems to have appeared in any Golfshke comp. where the going gets tough...

I have kept my Playing Stats on another Website for a couple of years now and each Member can see all rounds entered. Here, unless you have added a Profile you can't.

Some of the Stats just don't add up, so they must be wrongly entered and anyway, most of the top points scorers don't even fill in FIR, GIR etc.

I feel that if Darren wants to get people paying to use this section, it needs sorting.

I belive it was only ever meant to be a beta release anyway, it's only a tiny part of the site for premium members.

I agree it's only a tiny part of the site but when you do have a good round it's nice to see how you have done against other players and also nice if you are up there near the top just give's you a bit of a nice feeling but it needs to be on merit.

I also agree with David it needs sorting, I have dropped Darren a line about this. Enjoy your golf and thanks for the replys

to make it work you kind of need a virtual leader board for individual groups. have someone who is in charge of it to allow new people to join it etc. This way everyone on there knows scores, stats etc are all legit??

Darren, can this be done?
