So after months of "will I, won't I" finally decided to replace the fairway woods in my bag.

Went to my pro yesterday, and tried out 6 different brands, from Yonex, to TaylorMade to Ping. Got it down to either the TaylorMade or Ping.

Now anyone that knows me would say I bought the TM's, but it was the Ping G10's I plumped for. They are stunning, and fit my game very nicely.

And then I was persuaded to replace my putter with a Scotty, whohoo. ( who persuaded me? ME????? )

Here's hoping for the new season, wrist still a bit sore after hitting the woods yesterday, but getting better every day. Hopefully will be ready for 1st comp of year, 12 March!!!!!

Handicap down to a nice 14 for close of season ( will have to update my rounds in here!!!!!)

good choice Mark, i use the G10's, have a rescue wood and fairway 4 wood, along with a 10.5 degree driver. Have tested some others, but for me they work well. Just make sure you have the right shaft fitted.

Yip, got my swing speed checked etc, before I purchased.

Very happy with them, was hitting the 5 wood 210 and the 3 wood 235 yards at the range, which is good for me.
