I'd be interested but not that weekend as I'll be in the USA for my mom's 80th birthday.

Any other Sunday would be perfect, let's just do a weekend special that they offer.

Pa
ul link above seems good, it will of course depend on how many want to do it.

I did call earlier in the year direct and got a slightly cheaper price, i think the best bet is to get confirmed numbers with a £50 deposit before hand then book it.

Will pm you my number for future reference.

We do, just too cost prohibitive.  And I only live 15 minutes away so next to no travel costs.

Paul,

I arranged a society at the Belfry last year for about 16+ players on the PGA & it only cost max £30 per head & that included a token for the range & £10 voucher for bar food.

Have you asked them for there society package??

If you can get the price down I can make the 8th.

John.

I'd be up for a game on the Brab but 2 rounds and an overnight stay is a bit much.

I could also do the 8th.

More a time problem for me sunday & monday..

ask the question

140 for the golf

the birdie package is 145

which is bacon roll tea and coffee + golf

the course as been closed from the 13th so they can get it ready for the european tour event  so the 14th is out of the question

its looking like having to be the begining of october

the weekend breaks are very reasonable when you look at the charge just for the golf

a round on the baba / pga a evening meal and stay over for 189 is a bargin

Its a nice track (walked it during the ryder cup, not played it) but not nice enough for £140.And the PGA isn't very special.

You could do 36 holes + lunch at Woburn for £120 and that's a much better return in my opinion. No matter what courses you played there I personally rate them higher than those at the Belfry - less American manufactured stuff.

J P why not organise an event, I'd be happy to play Woburn but to get 36 holes in travelling from Wigan and back would be a long day.

What options for an overnight are there???

Paul,

october is fine for me as well, although only living down the road would prefer to do just a golf package if you can split it this way??

John.
