hiya i have a group of us (about 12 at the moment). The chaps are keen for morning golf and the other halves and kids are keen for the sun and fun! Are the green fees somehow included in the rental cost?? If not how much are the local green fees please? Many thanks James |

| Seriously do not go to Polaris world, the courses are so-so (not terrible, but not great), but for a group of lads it's probably the worst place you can go. Your miles in the middle of nowhere and stuck with really bad bars. La Torre has 1 single bar, and about 3 places to eat, none of which are that nice and all of which charge way over the odds. I'd never go back. |

Hi James, Jonny P is right if you're looking for a rowdy weekend away with the boys on the beer - that's not what Polaris World is all about. The resort is great for kids who want to spend time in the pool and the sun! Beaches are a 20 minute drive away - that's true. La Torre has several bars and restaurants - and 12 large communal pools, plus tennis courts. Jonny P can't have been for quite some time! The villa also has its own pool and bikes. The villa price doesn't include green fees I'm afraid. There are regular offers on for golf - typically rounds can range from 50 Euros to 70 Euros, sometimes with buggy and lunch thrown in. Typical Spanish prices I believe. If you are interested I could do some research into offers and fees for you. If you'd like to see photos and more info please mail me at gordrach.stephenson@btopenworld.com. I've still got some weeks available next summer. Easter is available and outside of school holidays at other times looks good too. Kind regards. Rachel.

James, if your going to Murcia, I recommend you play La Finca, Golf Allenda (these 2 are premium prices avg 60-70 euros a round) & Las Ramblas (budget avg 30-40 euros. I go every year & do not like the look of the Polaris world courses as they look too commercial & are enclosed by the appartments. We go in November & the weather this year was mid 70's. John. |

| I am just back from a golf weekend in Murcia and played Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Hacienda Riquelme. I am glad that I did not buy a Polaris world property. They are built in the middle of now where and the course are ok but not great. The triangle of course Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villa Martin and the new course Las Collinas within 5 minutes of each other is better. These courses are only 5 minutes to the beach and close to shops and restaurants and have a much better nightlife |
