Guys, I have been whinging and whining about my golf for weeks/month's and indeed I am sure I have bored you all sh1tless but I think I have worked it all out!!!

After my latest debacle I went back into the office and googled my problem! After sifting through a lot of potential causes I happened upon one that kind of made sense. Since reading this I have practiced every day in the garden with one of the plastic balls with the holes in (well acctually a few of them as they keep breaking) anyway, I have sorted all my problems and can't wait to take it to the course and shoot damn low.

I am off the driving range tonight to confirm my re-birth and then play nine on Sunday.

I will post back with the results of these two important milestones - just don't be suprised if I am on tour with Oli in a couple of years.

sounds like a guarenteed worst round of your life coming your way !! lol

Im assuming the name reference in your original post is just pure coincidence ?!?

Good luck, any idea on what this miracle cure could be.

I used to be optimistic about my practice too..Thought I had it all sussed.

Golf has a habit of doing that, and then kicking you in the nuts for good measure

If it does, then there is NO WAY he is playing for the South team next year.

Wasn't she a weather girl who presented the original Gladiators?  Didn't know she played golf.

I was actually lining up Danny LaRue (although he might be dead - which will obviously reduce his availability).

Well quick update - I got a free lesson the other day - (long story read my blog this week if you are that bored and don't mind your eyes drying out) and things have definately improved. I at last have hope.

Went to the range just now and started off hitting 6 iron with slight draw consistantly - didn't move the 9 iron so much but that is undestandable. By the end It all went to pot a bit but its a lot of new stuff going on so I guess its to be expected.

Tune in later in the week for the next episode:

Has the fightback really begun?

Has the dreaded short, high, rights been eradicated for good?

Had Danny's ghost agreed to come for an audition?

All this and more, coming to a PC near you.

My game had gradually got worse, irons were fine but i kept going 3 off the tee due to my slice!!! I have also now found the answer to my problems!!!!!! I went n booked myself lessons 1st lesson and im hitting the ball alot straighter and more consistantly, 7 more to go :P O and lots of evenings up the range practicing what i paid good money for. :D
