Posted by: user542648 | Sun 15th Feb 2015 15:55 | Last Reply

Hi folks, i am looking for a good putting/short game coach in northampton. Can anyone recommend someone that specialises in this area as it is ruining scorecards for me at the minute. And how much they are? Any help gratefully received thanks

Have you looked at the Aimpoint express stuff ? this is a specific method rather than just putting coaching.

Jamie Donaldson is the Aimpoint coach in that area:

Aim point will help you to read greens, will not teach you how to putt.

From Northampton it's a short trip to Bedford where you will find Philip Gazeley, a brilliant putting coach. Do it. I did and it has been brilliant-transformed my game.

Shane Rose at Cold Ashby golf club, check out their website list of prices for lessons under 'shop'. Shane coaches county players. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shane to players of all levels.

Hi,

Have heard brilliant things about Nick Soto who was at Northants County, but now at Northampton Golf Club. Full putting lab set up. Worth a look I would think.
