Golf Grip

Posted by: user131267 | Fri 12th Dec 2014 09:52 | Last Reply

Have always had a problem with my grip. When I hold the club properly (have had it checked), my fingers push into the palms, suggesting I have long fingers. It leads to the sensation/issue of the club feeling loose at impact (not so much in the back swing). A half grip (?) was suggested, but this did not seem to make enough of a difference. Has anyone come across this, or have any suggestions.

Thicker grips, mid size and jumbo are available.

Thanks. Would then not be a bit unwieldy? Suppose I would just have to give one a go

I use midsize grips even though my hands are not very big. It makes the club feel more secure in my hands and makes the club head feel lighter, giving me more control.

I have bigish hands and long fingers, I use +1/16" Midsize grips and this season I fitted +1/8" Jumbos to my wedges.
