Scorecard won't listen to me!!

Posted by: user484058 | Thu 14th Aug 2014 19:34 | Last Reply

I've just entered details from a round of golf which has been accepted incorrectly. I managed just two greens in regulation, but when viewing my stats afterwards, it showed no greens hit in regulation, but two up and downs from bunkers! I do not put my bunker details in. I went to edit the scorecard, which I have now done three times, but it still shows my GIR stats as sand saves! Please could someone advise me as to how I can correct this. Many thanks.

Sorry system glitch when you entered that round.

I think I've fixed and if you go back and edit all should be okay.

Let me know if not.

I've just tried to edit it, but it still doesn't do as I ask! One other thing, I drove a par four and two-putted for a birdie ............... wooo hooo, but how do I record that on the scorecard? I missed the fairway, as it landed on the green, and I also didn't hit the GIR as I hit it in one! How do I record that? Many thanks again.

Just replying back via our support system to confirm all resolved.

In regards to the par 4 drive you should record a hit GIR, technically you did hit the green in regulation will actually better than regulation well done !

Thanks for the above. So I record a hit GIR, but do I record a hit FIR too? The problem is that I'll also record my two putts which, with a FIR and a GIR, would total four, whereas I only took three shots, my drive onto the green and two putts! Any thoughts?

I've just re-entered all my scores and stats for that round and the problem still persists! No greens in regulation but two sand saves ........................... this is wrong!
