Analyse My Game - Goals & Targets

When i go into my goals and targets section of the website it doesn't make sense in some places. It says my actual stats are better than the target (for my set handicap target) but it comes up with handicap level in red and below my target.
For example my Pars made stat is 37.5% and my target is 36% (provided by GS and based on my target handicap of 9) but it comes up red with a handicap level of 12?
