i have a lot of problems with my 3 wood, so bad i considered taking it out from my bag. Everything goes miles right! (i draw everything else) any advice? ill try and upload a video of my swing later (not much to see like...) |

Chances are if everything is going right you are probably losing distance and if you hit a draw with a 5 wood it probably goes as far if not further than your 3 wood. So I would leave it out. Keep practising with it but leave it out for competitions at the moment. I don't carry a 3 wood anymore for the same reason. |

I took my 3 wood out for the same reason and just use an RBZ 3 hybrid which suits my game perfectly. With such decent hybrids now can't see the need for fairway woods |

I am gradually building up to a full set of clubs and a 3 wood is the latest addition in my bag. When I first got it everything went right. The more I tried the further right it went. I have finally realised it is because I am so anxious with it I speed up my swing and grip way to hard. I am now focussing on tempo and soft hands and it is going like a dream (mostly!). |
