I wish I'd known this a hour ago... I've just bought the Stiff version. I could have got the regular and we could have swapped.

Ian. I have a regular Habanero 60 - R by Aldila which I took out of my Callaway Diablo Edge Tour model driver when Ivan Sanders fitted the Fine T3 shaft made by the university students in Korea.

It is virtually new and has a Callaway fitted grip in excellent condition. Yours if you want it. PM me if interested.

Ian, what is the result of your shots when using a stiff shaft when a reg shaft is more suited. Also vice versa if anyone has the answer? Dont want to steal your thread.

They will be straighter, David, with the stiff shaft, but length will be sacrificed.

Dave

I was told today that the stiff shaft does not flex enough for my swing spped, that is only about 90mph making the drives come up with a fade or worse,(normally worse for me). I wish that i had been fitted properly for it in the first place. Today I was trying out the RBZ 3wood which I will be getting as soon as i get the right deal

Ian.  I might be interested in buying it from you if the price is right!

Ian, sorry.  Just reread your post - for someone reason I thought it was a 3 wood.  I'm not looking for a driver.

Hi Ian. Did you have any luck getting hold a regular shat for your RBZ? I have just bought one with a regular shaft where I think I could do with a stiff one. I'm going to my local American golf tomorrow where I bought mine from to get them to check my swing speed and maybe try a stiff shaft. Let me know if you still have it as I may swap or buy depending if you have already got one.

Cheers,

Danny.

If you get stuck I have a regular RBZ shaft.

I'm waiting on an adaptor to arrive, so when it's fitted if you still need it

Hi Ian.

After even more balls at the range and a couple more rounds, I think the change to a stiff shaft might

be what I need for my swing speed.  I live in Manchester. Where are you? If you fancy the swap I am up for it.
