I have both a 3 & 5 wood Big Bertha fairway wood and although I don't use the 5 that much, the 3 is one of my favourite clubs.
Either from the fairway, or mostly in my case, from the Tee, I get nice straight shots with reasonable distance nearly every time.
Requiring not a lot of effort, you get a lovely "ping" when you make contact with the wee white round thing and they are very well made, so I expect a good number of years abuse out of mine!
