I think the ball flight depends on your swing, i have had these since the came out last year and they are a great club. But, as i have an upright stance, even a 3 iron goes very high with a soft landing on the green. When they came out, they said G10 for high handicapper and I10 for middle to low handicapper which is about right. They are not as forgiving as the G10's, but you do feel the shot better and seem to have more control with them.

Thes irons are fantastic. Whe you look down on the head from above they look like and blade, but they have a cavity back so the ball come off them well even with a miss hit. They also produce a low flight with the longer irons and a penatrating shorter ones. Feel great and straight flying ball flight when struck. I recommend these for someone who wants to progress from 19 handicap to a single number handicap. Only costing £459 for 8 steel shafted irons good value to.
