Northwick Park
Rencently upgraded to a 9 Hole course the original course was designed by Peter McEvoy OBE with meticulous attention to detail, and to high quality construction standards. Each hole has been crafted to replicate - as accurately as possible - the features of a portfolio of legendary holes, including the Postage Stamp at Royal Troon with its infamous 'Coffin' bunker; Augusta's beautiful but treacherous 12th and 16th holes; the Belfry's challenging par four 9th; and Royal Birkdale's classic short 12th hole.

Northwick Park features a number of practice areas including The National Short Game Centre . With 3 greens, 11 varied bunkers and plenty of short and long rough, it has been described as the best place in the country to improve your short game. Contact Information

Location: from A40 WEST bound 1. Exit A40 at Hanger Lane 2. Take A4005 Sign posted Wembley ( Hanger Lane/Bridgewater Road ) 3. Straight over first roundabout 4. straight on at second roundabout 5. Bear right at third mini roundabout onto A404 Watford Road signposted Harrow 6. After next roundabout Playgolf Northwick Park is situated on your right but you have to travel up to the next roundabout (Northwick Park Hospital) and make a U-turn 7. Playgolf Northwick Park will now be on your left

great course, facilities and services.
Some beautiful landscaping when the sun is out, ie white sand of the 9th hole back bunker.
Don't really like the design of the tees of the 5th and 6th holes, but when space is a premium, extra effort and etiquette need to prevail

The 9 hole course has some reasonably interesting holes maintained to an average condition - some are challenging. We visited in the morning and found that there was nowhere to get a snack. The restauarant does not open until lunchtime. Tea from the machine was grotty. The restaurant was pricey and you can't get such things as sandwiches.
This is a driving range with short course attached. Nice idea, but overall - somewhat disappointing.

My local course. A grade A restaurant on site, unbeatable facilities, a beautyful and well put together course but a little rich for me to justify paying for (9 holes only) every weekend.

My opinion falls somewhere inbetween the earlier ones. Costas Arpapi's review suggests that he works for the course, Jason Yau's suggests that they've just terminated his contract.
Parts of the course are infact incredibly well maintained - the attention to detail and care taken to mimic the American style holes at 7 & 9 is actually quite staggering - they've even gone as far as to mimic the flowers within the beds to the right and rear of the flags. The Links style holes are less well maintained (as you might guess) but that does make them a lot less forgiving of even gentle draws and fades.
The facilities are excellent. The shop is gigantic, the restaurant is highly locally celebrated. It's also the largest and best presented driving range for about 20 miles, baring perhaps Top Golf Watford.
The cost will by no means break the bank but it is the same price for 9 holes as you would pay for 18 at many other longer courses in the same end of Middlesex

Excellent course for short game. idea of replicas is good. You have to be careful of the nearby passages if you dont really hit straight.

Poorly maintained course, and no real challenge or opportunity for long drives. Good fun for beginners wanting a short round. Worth trying.

Excellent facilities including 2 tier driving range with new clean quality balls always. Baseball cage also on site including crazy golf 9 holes! American golf shop with all the latest golf equipment with large variety including clothing and childrens equipment. Good quality gymnasium with changing / showering facilities. Conference facilities also available. New restaurant also opening shortly. Good Practice area for short game is a must visit! The 6 holes are great to experience. Price £15 includes a bucket of balls and a round. No expense spared on the quality of this short course. Location - bottom of Harrow on the Hill. Good coaches on site and a great guy Richard resident golf club repairer / coach offering all round advise on equioment etc.
