My friend and I used to play here often when we visited Aberdovey. It was a family run, beautiful 9 hole course.
The course condition was like a Championship course with stunning rockeries and flower displays, manicured greens and lush, striped fairways.
Lunches out on the decking were most enjoyable. It was amazing value for money, and perfectly suitable for a leisurely day of golf.
I think you paid a fee, and could play as much as you liked. Sometimes we played 18 holes, other days 27 holes.
Thank you very much to the whole family for providing a great service and leaving us with fabulous memories of Wales.

Greens are much improved from last year and are now almost totally recovered. Fairways kept well and the rough not too rough. Very pleasant round today in the sun . Keep up the great efforts.

Save yourself the £10 , The greens have either no grass on them or are full of mole hills , \we measured the grass fairway at 3inches and the fairways look like they havent been cut in months , we measured the rough at 6inch long. Some of the green were blocked off due to reseeding ,but instead of cutting the fairing down they just stuck the pin in the ground ( with no hole for the ball ). \\It is a shame , it used to be a really beautiful place when it was owned by the previous owner .. So basically , save yourself the £10 !

Played today, the course is a 9 holer with a par 29. It has 7 par 3s and 2 par 4s. The par 4s are 250 and 300 yards so i only used irons.... Anyway the course was okay, nice fairways but the greens and tees were not in good condition. It was a fair test, some holes were tight, it is an alright place to test your short game. But having said that the greens really let the place down. They arent watered enough and there isnt enough grass on them.. Also the bunkers were full of stones so im glad i avoided them!

Played here recently and was very dissapointed, sounded good on the write up but very very short and 7 holes are par 3 ! not very testing and far too short for me. wouldnt return, greens poor and browny colour.

Excellent irons practice leave the driver and woods at home and practice your short game, well kept greens and fair ways but not perfect, all the same a pleasant round of golf for little money and good short iron practice.

A pretty 9 hole parkland course that provides plenty of interest with several water features and varied topography.
Excellently maintained though still playing off winter tees in April was not so good.
Also not so good is that the price of 9 holes has increased since summer 2011 from £8 to £10.
Club house is friendly and offers good food and local beer.
