Warley Woods Golf Club
The Pavilion, Lightwoods Hill, Smethwick , West Midlands, B67 5ED United Kingdom
Warley Woods Golf Course is situated in a beautifully designed landscape, making it an inspiring place to play. At 2646 yards and par 34, it is one of the shorter 9-hole courses in the area. However, its hills, sloping greens and tight fairways more than make up for its lack of length.
It is playable by the novice but provides a challenge for more experienced golfers. It is a pay and play course and you do not need to be a member of the golf club to play here.Book a Tee Time

Played this course yesterday and despite all the rain we have had it was amazingly dry and in decent condition. The greens are not great but for the money it is a very good course with some interesting and nice looking holes.
All in all very enjoyable and would certainly recommend it as a good course to drop in on for a quick round if you are in the area.
Staff very friendly as well

Always playable, no matter what the weather. Winter greens not much bigger than postage stamps! - A real test for the high handicapper, like myself.

- Nice little nine hole course for the high handicapper and beginner.
- Always in good condition with dry, springy fairways.
- Nice amount of mature trees
- Greens are the only real let down. Only two or three have a true roll at best.
- Great value for money and very fiendly pro-shop staff

Cheap and cheerful municipal, excellent for beginner. Decent greens, relatively wide fairways, no water hazards. Decent cafe.

A neat and tidy course but, has not been developed for many years. Greens rarely run true.
Course needs to be revamped and developed to bring it up to standard.
Good place to take beginners to work on approach play, but skip the greens!
