The 18 holes Lake Course is a Links style, designed by Peter Thomson, five times British Open Champion. It naturally combines the bunkers, fairways, lakes and plants.
The Forest Course is 18 holes of a tranquil forest environment, it’s the only one 18 holes Par 73 course (7105 yards) in Shanghai with the longest holes Par 5 (629 yards).

It used to be a great course, but it has been run down and the course seems to be tired and greens slow. Needs some work to be done

2 quite different courses, the Lakes which was voted the 3rd best links course in China and the Forest which actually has more water than the Lakes
