The Bridge Course is our main course and offers a more traditional golfing challenge as a full, par 72, meadowland course that is set up to make golf enjoyable. It is fairly flat site and this makes playing the course relatively undemanding physically and therefore suitable for all ages, although we have a fleet of buggies available for much of the year.
The Stour Course is our par 3 course, offering holes from 80-150 yards, and is therefore ideal for juniors, relatively new players or better players looking to focus on their short game

Location: Directions by road from North From the Spur Road (A338) take the A3060 to Christchurch (Castle Lane East). Turn left on to Riverside Avenue (as if going to Tesco). Iford Golf Centre is about half a mile down on your right. Directions by road from Bournemouth Take A338 out of town and take exit to Christchurch on to Castle Lane. Turn right under flyover on to Castle Lane East. Just past Tesco turn left into Riverside Avenue and continue past the to Tesco car-park entrance.

A good course for people new to golf, with the floodlit, two tier range it also has the facilities to improve your game.
The course is relatively wide and flat over the front 9, with more accuracy needed for the way back. Certainly value for money.

Front nine longer and wider than back nine. Water comes into play on at least half of the course. Fairly flat track. The course was clean and well kept. Fairway was quite firm/hard. Greens were smooth and fast. Most were domed. Beware the range balls raining down on the first, and the smell of the nearby sewage works whilst on the second! Overall a very enjoyable couple of rounds played over the weekend. Would recommend.
