The course was pretty dry and had not been watered. Greens very fast but overall in nice condition. Very busy for the time of year.

At last - after two very wet days, we get the chance to play a round of golf in Murcia in the sunshine! And what a great course to play in the sun. This was our favourite of the 3 courses we played on our trip - not just because it was hot and sunny! Still built within the confines of the resort, but much more open and scenic. Like all the Polaris courses on the Nicklaus trail, it is well maintained and provides a good challenge to any level of golfer. It is not dominated by water (only 4 holes have water in play) but at least the water holes looked natural - unlike the other courses we played. The 13th (SI 1) is a particularly nice hole with a very challenging green! Overall, we really enjoyed this course and would highly recommend it - and the club house which at least gives you a chance to have a refreshing beer overlooking the 18th green!

Quality course and a must for any golfer wanting to experience a good test. the best way to describe the course is fairways like carpet and greens like velvet.

Played these 3 courses in early Feb 2012. Sunny but chilly due to the wind.

Condada - great course, each hole a challenge with either water or sand. Greens quick and true, fairways in good nick - recommend! Infrastructure terrible. Pro shop about 1/2 mile from 1st tee, could only buy course planner from the supermarket! No clubhouse so could not have a beer or shower.

Mar Menor - thought previous reviews about being a round of 2 halves were a bit harsh. Course maintained really well, liked the new holes 13 to 15 around the lake.
Good clubhouse for beers afterwards. No course plans available to buy which was a bit frustrating.

El Valle - greens were very fast, but had to be accurate otherwise you just ran off the green (green keeper obviously was in a mood as some of the placements were incredibly tricky. Very picturesque amongst the various ravines with the landscaping adding to the experience. excellent condition, good clubhouse but no course planner (again). Would recommend as a good challenge after the first few holes which were by far the only boring holes of the 18
