What the club says: The course offers a wide variety of holes from the picturesque and daunting 116 yard 'Pond Hole' to the testing 523 yard 'Sleeters' par 5. The full size greens have been constructed to USGA specification and are fully irrigated for year round performance. As well as grass tees there are also high quality artificial tees, again helping to maintain the course enjoyment throughout the year.

Hidden gem of a course

This is a fantastic little 9 hole course in superb condition in January. No boggy areas at all - very impressive for this time of year. The greens were fantastic and although the tees were all on mats, they were very spacious high quality mats that allow a tee to be pushed through anywhere on the mat with ease. No disadvantage compared to playing on grass tees at all. Although it's a short course it has some tricky holes that require good positioning. All in all a very enjoyable 9 hole.

Nice short course with challenging holes

It is only a 9 hole course but is laid out well with some good holes to test those new to the game such as myself.

Superb short course

Dont be put off by the length - this little gem of a course is fab. Great par 3s mixed with one very long par 5 and some driveable 4s make a good mix up.

The course is well maintained and the greens are excellent. It does not test you much on long irons-only the par 5. But well worth playing and some interesting features. Some of the members are from the old school and not very welcoming of visitors. Do not let them put you off!

Credit goes to the green keepers, standard of the fairways and greens just keep getting better and better, but it is still a nine hole add on to a plush hotel, no real golfing club facilities, a nice local course to play on.
10 pounds for a nine hole midweek game is very steep.

Good beginners course, or for the older player. I usually take my dad here a couple times a year, he enjoys it as it isnt too demanding but a bit more like a proper course than playing pitch & putt. always enjoyable, superb greens.

So many par three's, with just one decent par 5, no proper club house,no real pro shop, a bit boring, but its still a game of golf , I would like to warm up with a short game practice,on the practice area ,but thats for members only !. Expensive for what it is

Six of the nine holes are par three's with only one par five. The course seems very short, not bad to practice your short game, but no bunkers, it helps to improve accuracy as some fairways very narrow, nice setting but a bit boring. does have a covered driving range.
