High Bullen Golf and Country Club
The course is designed to make you think about the club selection and shot execution of each golf stroke, rather than just a requirement to hit huge distances. The well-placed greens invite you to shoot for the pin and will hold a well-flighted ball, while the bunkering is visually impressive with mounding and contouring that blends in nicely with the natural surroundings. Water comes into play on quite a few holes, especially the par threes, and this adds to the challenge resulting in a wonderfully rewarding golfing experience. Contact Information

Absolutely not another sole on the course. Sodden in places and has been the past few times I've played it, but still playable. 18th hoel is closed and you have to play a small par 3 to finish up which is a shame. Greens in good condition.

For the price we have paid on our last two visits in two years, the greens are not good cannot putt a ball straight due to the irrigation holes not filled with sand etc, lovely fairway and surrounds but greens long way to be near standard, can recommend better courses.

Highbullen is a relativley short course but is challenging, attractive and with some of the best views on any golf course in the country. The only downside is that the course stays wet after periods of heavy rain. During the winter or a wet summer this can be a problem.
