A long course and in the heat of the day a buggy is a must. Greens and bunkers were in very good condition the day we played. Friendly service. Excelllent practice facilities with a 6 hole academy course. The only downside of most courses in spain and inparticular Hacienda del Alamo is the price of membership and the green fees, although if you look around you can get cheaper green fees!!! at different times of the year.

I'm at Hacienda right now and it is a fantastic place. Building work is on going but the golf course is open as is the new club house - both are as good as it gets. The lucnhtime buffet in the club house for €15 is great value for money and the choice of dishes is wonderful as is the quality of each one. Put this destination to the top of your 'where to go next' list!

Fabulous Dave Thomas designed course, demanding without being unfair. This is a desert style course with very good fairways and greens but you must have a course planner if you have not played it before.
The Club House is excellent and we really enjoyed our 'Apres Golf' good food and served with a smile.
