Beautiful condition of the course as The Grove looks to prepare the course for the Masters tournament later this year. That means the rough is particularly penal for your average player like me! Very testing but very worthwhile and playable if you keep to the fairways.

A real treat

Played through a corperate invitation. Just a fantastic experience even before tee off, with staff, and warm up facilities of the highest order. Carts were provided with GPS. The course itself is a treat, I tried to savor every hole and take in the beauty of it. I thought I played ok, but carded an 88 with a 12.8 handicap. Some tough rough, blind holes, and really slick greens cost me some shots. Would love to get the chance to play again. If you do, or want to pay the £200 green fee it might just be worth it.

Great course, well reknown with some stunning yet difficult holes. Long course and with wind is difficult

Fabulous course

The greens are true, fairways are in good condition and the rough is tough. Good course.

This in my view is a lovely track. Most holes are quite memorable in one way or another. Our only gripe was the tee boxes were poor. Greens were very good and consistent.

The club have done a first class job regarding COVID and thank the lovely lady on reception for her upbeat rapport.

Fantastic course

Did the winter warmer , must say the staff are very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble for them. Course in great condition and greens played fast .

The Club are preparing the course for the British Masters and the fairways and bunkers are looking great. The greens are coming on and should be fantastic for the event. Great practice facilities and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The Stables is a great place to relax after a round for some food and a drink.
