Location: Take junction 2 off the M602 and head towards Pendleton. At the second set of traffic light turn left onto Half Edge Lane. Continue along Half Edge Lane/Monton Road (B5229) for about 1 mile to Monton Village. At the Monton Village roundabout turn left and at the next roundabout turn right into Stableford Avenue and Worsley Golf Club.

Played with my socitey aintree golf.First of all we were treated very well and had a fantastic breakfeast. The members and staff were exerlant.
The weather was heavy showers. The course was abit soggy in the dips and the greens had slowed abit(they had a months worth of rain over the previous few days) The course was tight in parts and a good chalange. some long par 4s. all in all a very good mature parkland course. we finished the day off with a nice dinner and a drink in the club house with it panaramic veiw of the course.........

Worsley golf course is not worsley park which is at the nearby Marriott hotel. Worsley is a mature, well maintained course where accuracy is required on most holes as the large trees can make access to the greens challenging. Enjoyable for all handicap levels and great value if you play with a member.

I played in a pro am here and the course was in excelelent condition. A good test of golf for a resort course. I would recommend this to any group.

Nice course, a typical Marriott golf course, good greens and nice fairways. Can't comment on price per round as 'all' Marriott courses are free to members. But apparantlt they do take 2-4-1's.
A basic practice area, no tee-up machines or bays and a little pricey at £4.50 for 50 balls!
Unfortunatly it suffers from the Usual Marriott spike-bar for golfers... More hotel based then golf club!!
