Woodbridge Golf Club
Woodbridge provides two exciting options with an 18 hole and a 9 hole course. Both are set in spectacular surroundings on classic heathland setting in Suffolk. These quick draining conditions enable all year round golf at your leisure.
Heath Course
A golfing challenge of the highest standard, this 6299 yard course requires accuracy and strategic skill to manoeuvre around.
Forest Course
Not a pitch and putt but a full length 9 hole course (6382 yards over 18 holes). This is a real gem, probably the best 9 hole course around and no handicap certificate required.

Location
Location: Woodbridge Golf Club, Suffolk, is located in an idyllic spot yet within easy access of the main A12 East Anglian artery route. From the A12 Turn off the A12 onto the A1152 to Melton. In Melton go straight over the traffic lights and proceed for half a mile, crossing the railway line, to a small roundabout. Take the first Orford/Snape exit and you will find Woodbridge Golf Club on the right hand side after about 250 yards.

Now the course is at its peak and captian's day just around the corner, it has got to be the time to play the heath and forrest course's.
I would say that the greens are like carpets.
One bit of advice hit good tee shots and find the pace of the greens early in your round and you will finish up very happy.

This course was superb. The tees were in excellent condition, the greens putted true, albeit a little on the fluffy side and the general upkeep of the course was very very good. Thoroughly enjoyed playing here - it is not overly long, but tricky and well worth the visit if you are in this area.
Pro shop staff and bar staff were friendly and welcoming - already looking forward to going back there again.
