Stunning Par 72 18 hole golf course, often described as the best parkland golf course in North Devon. The course is a tough test off the competition tees, yet the day tee's offer the all the visual impact, whilst allowing the visiting golfer a more relaxed gameBook a Tee Time

Entertaining young course spread over two valleys a few mils from the North Devon coast. Some interesting challenges and lots of water.

This course starts with a daunting tee shot with out of bounds to the left and huge downslope to the left and a very thin sloping fairway straight ahead. Not an easy starting hole, but certainly an interesting one.
In general I was impressed with the course. Some great par 3s over water - the 10th was a favourite, 120 yards over a lake to an island green. The 18th is a difficulty par 5 with very little room for error from the tee or the second shot.
A course in great condition, with some testing holes and great scenery. Would go back there if in the area again.

The course tries its best and uses the ground well to give some variety. I only played the 1st none and felt 5 thru 9 were basically playing up and down a large filed. The first 4 were more interesting but the sloping fairways often made a bad ball good.
