Welsh Border Golf Complex
Bulthy Farm, Middletown, Powys, SY21 8ER United Kingdom
Both golf courses offer stunning - but different - views of the English and Welsh countryside, with the Devils Chair topping the Stiperstones, and the Wrekin, standing out from many parts of the long competition course, and particularly from the delightful club house terrace overlooking the ninth and eighteenth green.
The Competition Course - known locally as the Long Course
A Par 70 course with many challenging holes, the eighteenth being a 549 yard round breaking hole back to the Clubhouse.
In 2010 the addition of seven extra tees for a new challenging back nine holes has transformed what was always a lovely scenic course into an excellent golfing experience. Designed by Peter Seal, Seniors tour golf professional.
The Acadamy Course - known locally as the Short Course
A nine-hole, and a par-30 course designed by well-known local professional Andy Griffiths will give the not so confident golfer as much pleasure as the established player. From the short course, which has introduced hundreds of golfers to the sport, you are surrounded by the panoramic views of the Berwyns, Oswestry and most of northern Shropshire. Book a Tee Time
