Location
Location: Directions from the M40 Exit M40 at junction 15, follow the A46 towards Stratford-upon-Avon, then at the roundabout take the A439. The entrance to the hotel is approx 3 miles on the right hand side.

Great setting - wonderful scenery, course ? - well too diffucult for my level but maybe if I go back in 12 months I reckon I could take the course on properly. Didn't score well but the course is great to play with some difficult holes and some quite pleasant ones too including the scenic 17th hole !!

Great views from course which was in excellent condition, Par 5's are reachable in two but some carefully placed bunkers make them good risk/reward holes.
Definitely worth a visit.

Played as part of a society weekend - a good fair test for all abilities, quite hilly with some long walks between tees,but the condition of the course was fantastic.

Staying at the Grand opulant Welcombe hotel - couldn't resist a game on this undulating magnificent course.The greens were stunning, but a little easy to read and the 17th tee drive not one for the faint hearted! I played my lowest score of 10 years as the course seemed to give me confidence on every hole, such was the great condition of the course.Play it and just enjoy the round as I did!!

Not bad. Lovely hotel, remodeled the course layout for a new clubhouse which is a shame as the old 1st and 18th would have made a great starting and finishing holes.

A good course that has a few very reachable par 5s in 2 especially the 18th. The course has some interesting holes with a few doglegs and drops and was in good condition especially with the weather. I had my best ever round on it!

This is a great course, some very nice holes, not least the 17th, a shot across the lake to a narrow fairway, with the hotel patio full of guests behind you.

Had a fantastic round here, as said before it is not an easy course despite the yardages. Particularly tough off the tee when shooting over a ditch between trees 220 yards down- There are a couple of easier holes but they saved my round in the end! There were a few areas under repair but no complaints as greens and fairways were great.

Vey good course, the yardages look short, but its not easy well placed bunkers & hazards.
The 17th is a great hole a carry across the lake, with an audience behind you on the hotel patio.
