first 9 very testing but not a long course. some interesting holes.

A very mature course. BUT only play the course with someone who has played it. Very little marking for the next tee which is another reason why course management is essential. Tee to green can be very misleading. Many holes on the course bisect other holes with no warning.... Watch out in and around these bisect areas as you may stray onto another hole...
I did not like it as our fourball had never played at the warren before. It affected my concentration and others... lots of swearing!!!!

Nice course, quite quiet on a weekday. Excellent (fast) greens, fairways a bit parched but not much rain lately. With a bit of care could be an excellent course with a few memorable holes. If you are long you can shoot low.

Quite windy and rewards accuracy. Most greens are easily reachable but miss them and you're in trouble.
