A beautiful and under rated course. Not the longest but with tree lined fairways and a lot of holes running parallel to the river tyne or railway tracks OOB, a premium is placed on accuracy. Greens are some of the best we've played all year. Very interesting, quite flat, and very friendly. I wish it was closer as it's a joy to play.
