Roserrow Golf Club

Consider teeing off on a par 72, 18 hole golf course in beautiful north cornwall, incorporating a wooded valley with a stream with views towards Polzeath beach. The holes are named after ancient field titles, Cornish landmarks and local features. You will come across Bee Park, meander through Goosey Meadow and discover Shilla Mill, an enchanting par 3 set in a deep glade of beech trees. The spectacular golfing greens of the ninth and eighteenth are overlooked by the welcoming Roserrow Golf and Country Club house. Roserrow is a golf course in Cornwall to suit all abilities. If you want to practice or hone your golfing skills, a 14 bay covered driving range is available. Our resident PGA will help with advice and tuition to make your game more enjoyable.

Location

Location: From Exeter and the M5... 1) Just past Exeter take the A30 sign to Launceston. Some 50 miles past Exeter is the sign to Launceston. 2) Stay on the A30 for a few miles beyond Launceston and there is a sign to the right at Kennards House which says A395 to Camerlford, Wadebridge and North Cornwall (A39). Take this turn to the right and follow it until T junction with the A39 which is approximately 13 miles from the A30. 3) Take the left hand turn on the A39 towards Wadebridge. 4) Approximately 2-3 miles along the A39 take the right hand turn which is signposted to Delabole, Tintagel and Port Isaac, the B3314. 5) After a further 2-3 miles there is another cross roads, go straight across staying on the B3314 still signposted to Wadebridge. 6) Take the right hand turn towards Port Quinn and Polzeath, follow the tourist sign to the Bee Centre. This is approximately 7 miles from Delabole. 7) After one mile there is a further junction take the right hand turn towards the Bee Centre. Do not take the very sharp hand turn here to Port Quinn as it is a minor lane only. 8) Continue down this road taking the left hand fork to Polzeath. Do not take the right hand turn to New Polzeath. 9) Another half a mile down this road is the Roserrow sign post along with Trelewin on the left hand side.

Golf course review of Roserrow Golf Club
Where do you start, first and most important. this place is so over priced at 35 quid. i've played golf all over the country, at different prices. i wouldn't pay any more than ten pound to play here. but i wouldn't ever play here again, even if it was free. the course is in a very very bad state of repair, the tee boxes were terrible, just uneven piles of soil and grass seed. the greens where even worse, it was like trying to put on lego, patches of soil, with the odd bit of grass on it and what grass there was, was covered in pitch marks. the course does not have enough makers on the blind drives, u have no idea where to aim and there is no avalible course planner. and the icing on the cake, the buggy that cost 20 quid a round, lasted the large amount of 11 holes, leaving us havin to push it for 3 holes. when we address this matter with the staff in the clubhouse, we were told the manager was un-avalible. cuz he was out, having a knock round the course. overall the worse golf course we have ever visited. stay away, plenty of choice near this place, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
