The Golf Centre was established in 1994 as a Pay and Play golf course it is designed to accommodate all standards of players and to encourage friends & families to enjoy a great hobby together.
Regiment Way itself is relaxed and friendly, although standards of golf etiquette, course care and conduct are encouraged for the benefit of members and their guests.Book a Tee Time

Location: Regiment Way is just off the A130 at Little Waltham on the north side of Chelmsford. From London, M25 south and east Essex, take the A12 towards Colchester. This now bypasses Chelmsford. Take the exit A130/A138 to Stansted – follow this sign past the Royal Mail building and White Hart Pub. At the White Hart Pub roundabout turn right following the A130 signs. Go straight across at the next two small roundabouts and at the third larger roundabout bear right. You are now on the new section of the A130 Essex Regiment Way. At the next roundabout after Channels Lake and in front of Mid-Essex Gravel works, continue following the A130 to Stansted by going straight over the roundabout. At the next roundabout turn left into Back Lane, then 700-800 yards on the right hand side is Regiment Way Centre. The golf centre is just round the bend on the left hand side.

nice little 9 hole course, only thing missing is water. nice little bistro style cafe doing breakfasts, lunches, hot & cold drinks too.

Short 9 hole course, with varying Tee boxes for the back nine. Course & greens very well looked after, same ownership as Channels G.C. i think!?!

Good driving range and practice facilities. Only £12 but played cheaper full 18 hole courses that are better. Course not in bad condition. Some greens were a bit shabby.

Greens in excellent condition, some very difficult holes, namely, the par 4 2nd, and the long par 4 3rd, mixed in with some very easy holes, par 3 1st and the par 4 6th. All together making for a great round of golf for all abilities. would reccommend.
