Directions:
Leave the M25 at junction 3 and turn onto the A20, London-bound. At the first exit, (Crittalls Corner) turn left onto Sevenoaks Way. Take the first left onto the main road by Homebase. At the end of the road turn left at the mini roundabout onto Sandy Lane. Orpington Golf Centre is 200 yards on the right hand side.

Midweek cost: £13.00 per round

Weekend cost: £19.00 weekends

I played this course (Cray Valley) on Monday 29th September.

The weather was good.

The tees, fairways and greens were in a good condition, although the greens were hard and would not hold a ball, you had to drop it short.

We teed off on the first hole and found that we were driving across the 18th fairway!

The early part of the course is quite open, and being as it is next to the Ruxley Park course you sometimes find yourself walking down a fairway only to find golfers from the other course on your fairway, playing their ball!

There is a double green for the 9th/18th hole so you have to be careful when making your approach shot.

I did like the 6th hole. You had to hit a good drive to the top of a hill and then you were hitting down onto the green. Watch out for the little ditch that runs across the front of the green!

The changing rooms were good and the bar was large.

Orpington Golf Centre comprises two course (Cray Valley & Ruxley Park), The Ruxley Park course has a driving range. Both courses have a 9 hole course with them.

I will definitely be playing this course again and would recommend it to anybody.
