Location: Musselburgh Links is served by an excellent bus service from throughout East Lothian and from Edinburgh. You can also travel by train stopping at either Musselburgh or Wallyford rail station, which are a 5 minute taxi ride from the course. For those travelling from further afield there is an International airport in nearby Edinburgh and a wide range of accommodation, to suit all budgets, is available in the surrounding area. If travelling by car Musselburgh is signposted from the A1 and the A720 Edinburgh by-pass and there is ample parking at the course.

this course now has a new clubhouse with full changing rooms and showers to upstairs is a bar etc where you can get drink and food down stairs is a nice area to sit to dont be fooled by the holes as they have slightly changed on 1 and 9 1 is now a challenging 240yrds par 3 and the 9th has a really hard green but was such a great day to play this course loved the experiance

It is the oldest existing course in the world, has a neat clubhouse and membership consist of committed locals.

9 hole course one of the oldest in scotland not a long course but undulating fairways and greens makes this a challenge. and excellent value for a quick 9 holes.

Okay it si only 9 holes and you are playing in the middle of a racecourse but, hey - this is THE oldest playing golf course in the world - say no more it is a must play venue.
