Very good course, used the space well. Some interesting holes that really make you think about your shots.
Only issue was the very soft greens - poss to do with The previous days rain. It meant that if you pitched onto the green, it stopped dead...fortunately, I was pitching mine close to the pin

Brand new facilities which are already looking a tad shabby, however the course more than makes up for it. The course management could be improved to avoid the repeated hold ups around the 4 hole, however apart from that the course tends to manage itself. A fair challenge for mid to high handicap golfers albeit a little more forgiving than most courses due to the wide fairways and lack of any real rough.

A nice course and quite good value for money. Probably a bit long for high handicappers but still worth a visit. They have just built a new clubhouse which is ok.

The clubhouse burnt down so the facilties rating is a bit harsh. The course is ok and pretty cheap. It is a public course so upkeep is generally lacking. The single worst feature in summer is the rough. The rough starts 10 yards off the fairway and anything in the rough is lost. Frankly, that just makes play slow and not much fun for an average golfer.

Excellent public course. Tee-times often a bit tight and lead to a bit of bunching up, but generally ok. some annoyingly unnecessary hazards (in my view) like the 3-foot long reeds either side of all the fairways. it only takes a slightly wayward shot and you've probably lost it. but then again you end up finding others from previous rounds.

NOT A BAD TRACK AT ALL NICE TO PLAY BUT QUITE EASY BUT PLS TAKE OUT HEART ATTACK HILL LOL. ON A SERIOUS NOTE GREENS NEED ABIT OF WORK BUT SINCE NEW MANAGEMENT AND PUTTING IN NEW BUNKERS THE COURSE IS GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTIONS GO AND PLAY , VALUE FOR MONEY UNTOUCHABLE!!!!!

Run by the local council and as my local course it is very good value for money. Buggy hire, driving range, putting geen and a small pitch and putt course. Large clubhouse which provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. Small pro shop but pretty well stocked.

A Public Pay & Play course, but due to new management this year (08), it is improving a lot.
Not a hard course, but lots of variety; it certainly isn't an up and down the field course. Some good views from the 3rd and 4th tees too. Facilities include a 6 hole Par 3 course for "Pitch & Putters" and practising your short game. Bar, Restaurant, Changing facilities. Not much stockin the Pro shop tho.

Fair value for money. 18 holes £12. Unfortunately some of the greens are in a bad condition. LittleHay always seems to have problems with it's greens. At the time of playing there were noticeable gaps in between the turf on the greens. For a public course it is in good all round condition and enjoyable to play. Although when I played the club house did not seem interested in seperating a 5 ball that was holding up everyones play!!

Whilst not the longest, or in the best condition (doing alot of work on tees and greens) you cannot say this isn't value for money. A generous course, which when the greens have been repaired, will be a better course. Not bad for £12! A fairly easy test, good for tuning your game.

Fairly Easy Course with some nice Holes. Par 3 4th being a nice raised tee and the Par 4 10th is a nice short dogleg with the only water on the course.
Unfortunately the course is undergoing some improvements on the drainage so the greens are a bit poor and cut up at the moment (April 08). But for £10 twilight for 18holes you cant really go far wrong.

The course is a pretty good linky-style layout and a great place for high handicappers to get to grips with 18 holes. problem is the 5 hours it usually takes to get round! Par 4 3rd is nice par 4 witn a blind tee shot over a hill, par 4 8th is a trecharous driving hole if you are a nervouse slicer!
