Liberton Golf Club
297 Gilmerton Road, Edinburgh, Lothian, EH16 5UJ United Kingdom
A rolling, parkland course in the south east of Edinburgh. The fairways are tight and the greens are relatively small but well guarded, so we can offer an enjoyable and testing round of golf for all levels of golfer.
Liberton Golf course which opened in the summer of 1920 and started life as a nine hole course lies 5 miles south east of Edinburgh. In its present form to-day the course has eighteen holes covering 82 acres of undulating parkland. Since being opened in 1920 Liberton has enjoyed equal rights for both gents and lady golfers.

this is a pritty short course coming in at 5011 yards not the hardest course in the world but you have to be straight off the tee as trees on eather side of most fairways bunkers hade hardly any sand in them the greens were pritty hairy which made greens hard to read got on for £16 on the open fairways 2for1

A little gem of a course not very long and no par fives. A good course for those of us who are not long hitters.

A pleasant course with some interesting holes. Quite short but handy for central Edinburgh. Played on a perspective member deal, not joining as I don't live there. Would play again but not rushing back. Never used clubhouse.
