Driving past, this looks like a very well manicured members course. However the reality is a little disappointing. It was surprisingly damp, while it had rained the previous day I thought the course would have easily absorbed it after the dry spell. Par 3s are tough, 168 yards from the yellows is the shortest of the 5. There are several short tight holes in the middle of the second nine and I scored much worse on the much shorter 2nd 9. However at £23 after 12, it is very good value. Compared to what you get for £20 and £24 at nearby Chesington and Horton Park, it is a steal.
