What the club says: Launceston Golf Club is set in the beautiful surroundings of the Tamar Valley. This entertaining course is a challenging track where good course management is a must. You need to be accurate off the tee as the tree lined fairways make your approach shot to the well-guarded greens that bit more difficult.

A very nicely maintained course in great condition. Greens were very even and fairways in really good nick. Most of the rough was cut back with just strategic long rough here and there. No pretentious attitudes here. Realistic prices, very friendly and well worth a visit!

A lovely friendly club and a good test for any level of golfer. The course was in a lovely condition and well dressed with bins and ball cleaners on most if not all Tees. The greens were heavily sanded but that has to happen. A nice clubhouse and shop completes a good setup.

One of my favourite courses. Some great holes. Not too difficult for higher handicappers, some good chances to score. Brilliant greens. Love the downhill (10th I think) par 4 down to clubhouse. Couple of sweet hits into a hidden green

Fantastic track. Very interesting holes and some great par 3's. A fine par 5 opener with a dog leg and then after it gets better and better. Beautifully manicured with fast true greens. We played midweek for £20 each a real bargain. After your round you will hard pressed to eat a Ham and Cheese toastie with a side of chips unless you are really starving.
