Knighton Heath Golf ClubKnighton Heath Golf Club is situated just north of Poole and it is a fine heath land golf course noted for its warm welcome to members and visitors alike, offering some of the best golf in Dorset. The course measures 6065 yards from the back, (blue), tees but do not let this fool you into thinking it will be easy! You will need to plot your way around the course which is heavily tree-lined with some narrow fairways. The greens are always in superb condition and the course presents an excellent test of golf for players of all standards. The ladies course measures 5474 yards and the ladies have a very active section within the club with Tuesdays being their preferred day to play. The club prides itself on offering a first-class service for members, visitors and societies alike. With excellent bar facilities, first-class catering, a well-stocked and competitive pro shop and a always a warm and friendly welcome from the office, your visit to Knighton Heath will always be one that you will remember.

Good course - always enjoy playing here !
A test of golf for all levels of golfer.
Quite hilly in places.
Usually in excellent condition with super greens.
Very nice, warm and friendly clubhouse.
I would highly recommend a visit.

Golf course review of Knighton Heath Golf Club

Challenging Heathland course in very good condition. Not very long but watch out if you are not straight - you are very likely to be punished. You need to think your way round here, making sure you go for position rather than distance. The greens are good and reasonably fast for this time of year. Small friendly clubhouse, with good food. Greenfees as reasonable, especially if playing with a member.
