What the club says: The course was first opened in 1978 and recently celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2013. Built on sandy land, Kilton Forest boasts a facility that allows for golf all year round with its excellent drainage.
The 18 hole par 72 course is both challenging and friendly to experienced and novice golfers alike. Visitors are most welcome and can warm up before play on our superb landscaped putting green and chipping area.

For a council course it's well looked after.
Some good holes, with a variety of short and long holes with a couple of interesting par 3s too

The course is very good and open, fairways and greens could do with a cut as the grass is a bit long and the greens were very slow.

Lots of dog walkers around the course, some people looking for lost balls.
you are given a code to enter the course through locked gates but anybody can walk onto the course through fields and housing estates.
well worth playing, hopefully get it at £9.30 next time.
