Experience our newly designed 18 hole Millennium Course with it's famous 10th hole par 3 island green, set in parkland with tree lined fairways the 5,682 yards par 70 Course is a good test of Golf at any level.

The course was playing fairly enough, but the condition of the greens were not up to the best standard, they played like they had not been cut in a while.

Not the greatest track to be honest, was very dry with cracked ground every where.
Definately better courses out there for your money.

Not my favourite course and thinks there's better public courses around the area. Fairly open but does have 2 interesting holes 9 and 10.

Course quite cramped although work currently seems to be going on to alter this. Most holes a little dull but some very good ones. The course, particularly the greens, was in very good condition and is obviously well looked after. A little steep at £26 on a Saturday morning but they do accept vouchers

The course has been improved since the new owners took over and the benefits are beginning to show through. The greens are in particularly good condition for a public course
PS I notice that your scorecard needs updating. The stroke index for some of the holes has changed as a result of the improvements that have been made.

First few holes are very tight with tree lined fairways and have a bit of a local park feel to them. Then it opens up and produces a fairly good test with some good long par 4's. That is of course if you can find the tees in the first place - its a bit of a mish mash inbetween holes trying to find where to go. We got a deal and only paid a tenner or so each so its well worth that. I'd probably go back in the summer.
