An excellently presented course.

Not only is the course designed well enough to offer a high handicapper like me a chance to enjoy their round it is challenging enough so those that are going for birdies will find it a challenge (like my playing partner). With excellent views of the surrounding surrey countryside you would be forgiven for thinking you were miles and miles from ther urban sprawl. In fact you are just 10 minutes from the A3 and M25. The only real issue was the fact that at points the local sewage works can challenge the olfactory senses. Also the hospitality areas do not cope well with large numbers so if playing on a weekend and especially if there is some sort of event on get your beers in a local hostelry.

Played here for £15 including coffee and a lunch.

Course is good, quite challenging for the high handicapper as well as the more experienced.

Lots of variation and challenging holes. Good course. More expensive then some of the course I play, but probably fair for a very well looked-after course.

Hoebridge is a course I've come to know very well as I worked very close by for a few years.

The main course itself is in excellent condition - considering the price for a round, I'd say it bats well above the price tag.

I find the most challenging aspect of the course to be the variety of elevations you'll encounter on a round here.
There are towering downhill par 3s followed by drives to elevated blind fairways - all making for some interesting course management decisions.

Over the last few years Hoebridge have clearly invested a serious amount of money and effort into improving the course - tee boxes, greens and paths have all had a lot of work done to them and the results are wonderful.

Aside from the main course, the par 3/4 nine hole "Shey Copse" course is a woodland gem, great for sharpening up the iron shots.

There is also the 18 hole par 3 "Maybury" course, which isn't in the same pristine condition as the main course, but still offers some of the toughest par 3s around. The back nine are especially challenging, and again they're excellent practice for the short game.

this is a very good course played it several times and always holds up and plays well even in very bad conditions, long opening holes par 5,3,5 to start and gets more intresting around hole 5 onwards, is quite hilly in places especially the 17 which adds to a tough course.club house and shop are very good and well stocked.

Hoebridge is always busy, as it has 3 courses, a range, and teaching. Usually fair value for money, but look out for special offers. The course is currently in good condition, and always a good course to play for for the average golfer. The 17th hole is a great challenge, and a gentle par 3 to end. The bar area is always busy with families and children, and a good alround facility for beginners to the lower handcappers, and welcoming to all abilities and ages.

Course is in great condition for the time of year and found it to be a nice open playable 18 holes, long way round though with the wind blowing. Clubhouse nice and I look forward to returning in the summer to see if it holds up to the numbers playing, got the impression it could be very busy!

Greens & Fairways are fantastic for Public Course. Long rounds though but comps are great. Good test and very different from back tees. Good chance to open your shoulders and get the big dog going !

Hoebridge is a really great centre - with three courses to meet the needs of the beginner, the golfer in need of a quick game, and the full 18-holer!

Facilities are good - above average driving range, good shop (with frequent sales) and a really nice bar/restaurant.

Enjoyed the Maybury and Shey courses so far....now onto the main event!!

Really nice course, especially on a sunny day!! Not sure I'd like to be on the top of that hill with the rain blowing in!!

Would definitely recommend getting in early.

Now here is a gold center that I recommend to anyone. From beginner to low handicaper, Hoebridge offers it.
Superb facilites, the championship course is in top condition for an average of 300000 rounds a year!!!
Well done greenkeepers.
Bets value for money so far. Its even cheap compared to other courses.
