three loops of nine holes. the cambs. essex and herts. the cambridge is by far the best course. the other two are good but they need to put some sand in the bunkers, urgently !!!! they are like concrete !!!!!!!! the fairways are also quite bare in places, especially on the essex course. twilight at £12.50 after 4pm is an absolute bargin !

I played this course on the £14.50 twilight rate - Very good value for money. Went through the Essex and Cambs courses.
Fairways were in good nick.......as were the (tricky) greens.
A nice mix of long and short holes........with bunkers in the right (wrong, whichever way you look at it) places. Nice mix of water around too!
Staff were very friendly and helpful....Driving range is what you would need before a round.
Overall very plesent.....I will be returning and I would recomend!

A very good 'links' style Championship course with some interesting holes and numerous water features that make for some interesting decisions. We played this weekend just gone and found the course in very good condition and the greens, in the main, very true. Oustanding value at £25 for 18 holes on a weekend.

Superb course for all handicaps of golf. good fairways, good greens (challenging), bunkers need attention, staff superb.

the only thing that spoils this course at the moment are the bunkers. please take the stones out and put some more sand in !!!

Played this a few years back. Has 3 loops of 9 (Herts, Beds and Cambs) They have had a Europro tour event here that was on Sky Sports and the course is pretty good. Memory is not to clear on the condition however this ocul dhave changed since I played but certainly somewhere I would like to re-visit.

Herts course is a bit bland but, the Essex couse is more interesting. We are planning to play the Cambs course on our next visit. Greens were good but, this course needs time to mature.
