Garstang Golf Club
User rating : (5)
[Ranking 431 from 2767] (1 reviews)

This parkland course is set on the banks of two rivers, the Wyre and the Calder and offers a beautiful setting for a round of golf. It is only ten years old but the waterways and the natural surroundings help give it a much more mature feel. The two rivers convene by the 6th green and as a result the approach to this green is one of the toughest on the course. The 7th is a testing par 3, with water running around the front of the green so accuracy is essential if you want to post a good score.

There are 32 bedrooms, all of which come with en-suite facilities and a view of either the golf course or the beautiful countryside. The Kingfisher Restaurant provides excellent cuisine, freshly prepared with local produce and under the watchful eye of the talented chef. The Bradbeer Bar is open all day long and offers everything from breakfast, lunch and dinner to a refreshing drink after your round. The hotel is ideally situated in close proximity to many places including Blackpool, Preston and Lancaster, all of which offer something different.
